Made in Italy this is a canvas Gladstone (#doctors) bag with metal hinged top including turn clasps/latches and lock ring. Design of the fabric is fairly uncommon for this style of purse as most are leather and floral which only adds to its charm.
There is no manufacturer label but overall well made considering age (based on material inside I'm going to say late 80s early 90s). If you love and own a million purses like me then you'll probably find it just as impressive as I did that there is not one single Crack or tear of the interior faux leather material. While the straps have seen better days they are still in pretty excellent shape and the cloth itself is quite clean. The bottom feet are all still attached and hinges work without issue. Even the trim of the purse does NOT appear to have any "dry rot" or cracking.
Would be a great purse for someone who loves vintage styles like this or as an addition to a 1920s Era costume.
