There are no words to explain this dress! It is BEYOND amazing on! There is a bottom white layer, Poly / cotton with a little pilling. The top payer is sort of a very soft mesh. Bright vibrant colors. AMAZING twirl factor! We had 2 of these dresses and we wore the first one out. This one is still in VGUC. No snags, pulls or stains. No fading. Always hand washed and hung to dry. I PROMISE this one will not disappoint! Gently used by us. Smoke free home $100 new!
